The Pembroke Festivals Committee is a not-for-profit committee that operates at arms length from the City of Pembroke – helping to plan and organize the annual special events, including the Waterfront Festival, Snospree, and Canada Day. Any profits that are made at any of these events are automatically carried over into the next year’s budget to help make the event even bigger and better.
